Regarding Paypal Issue
Dear Players,
Recently, some players have been experiencing issues with Paypal method in Cash Shop.
The issue has been identified as a browser related issue.
Please follow the below step when you find the issue.
1. Open up the Cash Purchase page from the Item shop, select the amount you want to purchase then press next.
2. After you see the next page loaded (or the page you've got stuck on loading), copy the URL from the browser.
3. Open up Incognito mode for Chrome or another browser.
4. Paste in the copied URL and try proceeding from there.
If your purchase fails even after trying that, please let us know of the following.
1. Your email address for PayPal (PayPal account)
2. The time of the cash purchase attempt (or the time the issue has occurred)
3. The entire URL you've copied.
