Announcement for the prevention of account theft
Dear Players,
Recently, there have been numerous concerns about account theft from the players.
Account theft can be caused due to your account ID and password being compromised through malware, so we would like to request that the players check the security of their PC frequently.
Especially, there might be a vulnerability in your security if you are using an identical password from a different website, a password with a simple pattern, or if the same password is being used for a long time. Therefore, please take precautions for this matter.
In addition to this, there are security systems that exist on the Bora Island website to prevent account theft.
In order to protect your account, we recommend using the security system stated below:
1. Block Logins From Other Countries
- This system enables a security authentication prompt upon login if somebody is trying to login from another country other than the country where the account has been registered.
You can set it through "Account Security > Block Logins from Other Countries" which you can find by clicking your nickname on the upper right-hand side after logging in to the BORA ISLAND website. You can also access it via the URL below:

2. Using OTP
- Using a two-factor authentication service via a One-Time Password, can provide stronger security to your account.

3. Change Password
- Changing your password regularly is also another way to protect your account.
You can do this by accessing "Account Security > Change Password" which you can find by clicking your nickname on the upper right-hand side after logging in to the BORA ISLAND website. You can also access it via the URL below:
