We noticed that there are some players who have mistaken BORA coin for game cash and purchased BORA coin instead. In order to prevent these kind of accidental purchases, please take notice of this announcement.
Currently, cash used in the game Rappelz can be only purchased from the in-game shop and BORA coin purchased in the BORA Island homepage cannot be used in-game.
In the past, if players have purchased BORA coin by mistake and submitted a request to customer service, we have been exchanging BORA coin for game cash. However, we will be suspending the support for the exchange of BORA coin from the date stated below.

Details: We will be suspending the service for exchange of Bora Coin to in-game cash for the accidental purchases of Bora Coin from the Bora Island website instead of purchasing the game cash from the in-game shop.

[How to sell BORA coin]
- If you have purchased BORA coin by mistake, you need to sell BORA coin through the following exchanges: Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Bittrex, Coinsuper.
- There are some exchanges where support is not available in every country. You can proceed with the trade after transferring the BORA coin to a tradable exchange market’s wallet from BORA Island. - There is an additional fee when trading BORA coin. - If you don't have a certain amount of coins, it is not possible to transfer among exchanges.
