Christmas Buff Event
Starting on 19th December after maintenance and lasting until 9th January maintenance, the Christmas Buff Event shall be active!
Each day you can get a buff from the NPC for free that will last for 6 hours. If it's not a buff you like, you can pay to have a new one applied instead.
Only 1 buff can be active at a time. Paying the fee will only change the buff applied, not add a new one as well as the existing one.
The cost to have a new one applied changes based on your character level, as below:
Level 1~50 : 10,000
Level 51~100: 50,000
Level 101~120: 100,000
Level 121~140: 120,000
Level 141~160: 140,000
Level 161~180: 160,000
Level 181~200: 180,000
Level 201+: 200,000
The buffs you may get are:

The buffs will have a strength between 2% and 20%.
