Hello citizens of Gaïa,
December is always a cheerful month for Gaïa's inhabitants. We all enjoy our traditional Christmas Drop event, but Santa's recent crash in the Christmas Valley makes things quite unusual.
This event will take place from December 14 to December 28
The Christmas Valley is a reworked version of the Crystal Valley, full of Christmas monsters and bosses!
The Christmas Valley is accessible via the 2 event NPCs, Snoozyberry, if you are a Loyalist, or Mullingpears if you are a Rebel. 4 Types of Christmas dungeons, will be available in the game:
- One White Christmas Valley: The easiest dungeon only accessible from level 20 to 149.
- Three Red Christmas Valley: Dungeon available from level 150 and higher.
- One Black Christmas Valley: Harder dungeon available from level 150 and higher.
- One Obsidian Christmas Valley: Harder still and is available from level 150 and higher.
Once you enter the dungeon, you will get a special buff called "The Christmas Valley Hunting License". This buff expires after 1 hour. You are automatically sent back to town if you kill a monster without a license. This measure has been incorporated to limit bot farming during the event.
All monsters will drop normal loot as you would expect (except for curious wooden boxes, bags, and Devildom crystals). On top of that, they can drop 7-day outfit decorations or 28-day weapon decorations as well as the toy parts.

The bosses are subject to the same drop rules as the monsters, but there's also a chance they'll drop 1 of the following items if it's a mini-boss, or up to 3 of the following items if it's the main boss:

Once the event is in progress, your account will be randomly assigned to 1 of the 2 Elf factions that are at war with each other; the Rebels or the Loyalists.
The Loyalists want to save the spirit of Christmas and give toys to the people of Gaïa. If you are assigned to the Loyalist team, you will have to bring the toy parts to the Loyalist leader, Snoozyberry, who is located next to Enchanter Rami in Laksy.
The Rebels want to create an army of toy soldiers to free themselves from slavery. If you have been assigned to the Rebel team, you will have to bring the toy parts to the Rebel leader, Mullingpears, who is located in the northeast of Katan.
Collect as many toy parts as possible and bring them back to your leader so you can increase your team's toy count. At the end of the event, the team that has collected the most toys wins the war, and every member of the winning faction gets a Christmas Valley Cloak or 30 Days Hidden Village!
To spice things up a bit, the losing team will have a small chance to get a rare drop item called the "Precious Doll", which is worth 5,000 toy parts, or the even-rarer "Doll of Equality", which equalizes the toy counts of both teams.
As you bring more toy parts to the relevant NPC and reach certain thresholds, you and your team will get a more powerful buff the next time you log in. This buff will increase all basic stats, capped at +20% and there are 40 levels of power.
The Holly's Power buff also applies to pets!
