Patch Notes:
- "Blessing for all" item recast time has been changed to 10 mins.
- Removed the Max frame-rate limitation of an inactive client.
- Added the option to turn on/off the Lak Effect display in the settings.
- Changed so that the Lak effect of party members isn't shown.
- Weapon/Armor Enhance event (+20%) starts
- War of the Cities event starts
