-Sky Fortress portal entrance rule change:
Instead of spawning at comeplete random portal, the portal players spawn at when entering will change every minute.
Ex) If player A and B enters Sky Fortress at 00:00, they will spawn at the same portal. If player C enters Sky Fortress at 00:01, the player will spawn at a different portal from player A and B.
